Pastors are gifted to fulfill the “shepherd” role over a church , therefore Vertical Impact Ministries desires to appoint pastors into churches around the world. It is our strong conviction that when leaders are appointed, they will make an impact for Christ.
MOBILIZE
PROVIDING CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR PASTORS.
Pastors will receive one on one personal coaching. We desire to the church raise up other leaders that are trained, empowered and appointed. It is our strong conviction that when leaders are mobilized, multiplication makes an impact for Christ.

You provide the donation to educate a local pastor or to build a local church. Why? So that a pastor can shepard the congregation, encourage the body to grow in their faith, serve their local community, and raise up another leader to impact this world for Christ.

The Integrated Strategy
GIVE
Individuals or Churches can educate a pastor and help build a church. How? You give the funds for a scholarship for a bachelor's degree in theology and solid building materials. VIM provides the training, the university education, and a missions trip to make it all happen. We can coordinate the trip and the local church gets to work.
EQUIP
As the funds come in for the new church building and the educational scholarship, the pastor will be enrolled in Vertical Impact University. The foundation will be laid for the church and the pastor. Then comes the walls, a roof, and a fresh coat of paint. For the first time, the congregation will have a safe place to meet with a pastor who studied to show himself approved.
TRANSFORM
Through the pastors relationship with Vertical Impact Ministries, the pastor and the congregation will report to us all of the ways God is using their church to transform their community. The pastors goal will be to study the Bible in depth, train new leaders, and plant more churches. We will collect their stories sand share them with you.
